Refund policy — DocDrift

- Every new account gets a free 14-day trial, so you can check that DocDrift fits before paying.
- You can cancel any time in the billing portal (Billing page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.
- If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Refunds are issued through Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method.
